What file do I need?
A DOCX, PDF, or EPUB of your finished manuscript. We convert it into chapters and show you every one before anything is published, so you can fix headings and images first.
Do readers get a file they can forward?
No. Readers read in the browser, one chapter at a time, after signing in. There is no download button and no file to pass around.
Can someone still copy my book?
Anyone can photograph a screen, and no website can stop that. What we do is make bulk copying slow and traceable: each copy carries a visible and an invisible watermark tied to the reader's account, an account can read on at most 3 devices, and fetching chapters faster than a person can read gets the account blocked.
How and when do I get paid?
Readers pay through Paystack in naira or US dollars. Your share, 90% of each sale, is split out by Paystack at the moment of payment and settled to the bank account you add in your dashboard.
Does AI read my book?
The sales page assistant only sees your title, subtitle, and the blurb you write. Your chapters are never sent to a hosted AI service.
Can I give away free chapters?
Yes. Choose how many opening chapters are free. Readers create a free account to start, and they appear in your contacts, ready to export.
